It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Kirk of Pleasant Hill, Tennessee, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kirk; his siblings, Tina Cloud, Marjorie Wageman, Sandy Johnson, Karen Richeson and Harold Kaebel (Kim); his cousins, Teri Henderson, Benny Barnwell and James Atkinson; his mother-in-law Linda Robinson; his siblings-in-law, Laura Paulsen, Rebecca Heiden and Thomas Robinson (Heather); his brother Jon Ocealis; his godparents, Rosa Lee and Gary Evans; his close friends, Don Bell, Brent Modglin, Ty Tucker and Tom Buck; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Rose, Lily Heiden, Dwight Heiden, Boyd Heiden and Drew Robinson; and also Don Haston. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
