He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milzie Seegraves and Annie Seegraves; his sons, Barry and Vaughn (Shirley); his wife Odell Ramsey of Sneedville, TN.; his daughter-in-law Cathy Welch Seegraves; his grandchildren, Rochelle Rennert, Bryan Seegraves, Justin Seegraves and Benjamin Seegraves; and his daughter-in-law Linda Seegraves. He was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren.
