He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Marie Vanhoy Humphrey; his parents, Margaret Lucille Feathers Humphrey and Clarence Ross "Tip" Humphrey; his brother Corporal Lawrence James Humphrey; and his grandchildren, Mikaila Marie Cochran, Phillip Lee Allen III, Jordan Ray Allen, Austin Cochran and Hunter Lee Casey.
He is survived by: his friend Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
