He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ed and Juanita Welch Clark; his son Ricky Clark; his siblings, Lucille Simmons and Bill Clark; and his wife Phyllis Clark of Piney Flats, TN.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Katrina Hughes Clark; his children, Larry Clark (Lou Ellen) of Russellville, TN, Kenny Clark, Mike Clark and Connie Clark Lewis (Donnie) of Maryville, TN; his stepson Clifford Hall (Kim) of Piney Flats, TN; his sisters, Betty Slemp (John) of Elizabethton, TN and Brenda Lynch (Ted) of Jonesborough, TN; his siblings-in-law, Bill Simmons of Charlotte, NC, Doris Clark of Johnson City, TN and Joy Reeser (Floyd) of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Seth Clark, Gavin Clark, Katrina Clark, McKenzie Lewis of Maryville, TN, Clinton Hall (Sara) of Knoxville, TN and Kaleigh Green (Seth); his great grandchildren, Isaiah Green and Cohen Hall; his close friends, Russell Kyte, Dave Tester, Mike McKinney, Ray Hyder, Golfing, John Slemp, Jerry Slemp, Bill Sluder and John Shanks; his grandsons, Kamren Lewis and Seth Green; and his nephews, Rondal Clark, Eddie Clark, Jason Lynch, Jason Horton, Clinton Reeser and Shannon Deloach.
Due to Covid-19, the family is having a private committal and entombment service in the Mausoleum of Peace at Happy Valley Memorial Park.
