She is survived by: her husband Harold "Harry" Mack of Piney Flats, TN; her children, Tasha West (John) of Edison and Blaine Singleton (Tami) of Asheville, NC; her sister Jan Harvey-Moore of Albany; her grandchildren, Taylor West (Logan) and Wyatt Singleton; and her great grandchild Everett Hornsby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
