He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurbert Johnson and Jennie Johnson (Bonome); his wife Carol Payne Johnson; and his son Steven Robert Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Johnson and Sam Johnson (Tina); his grandchildren, Mandy Simerly, Ashley Smith, Garet Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Rylee Johnson and Aaron Johnson; and his great grandchild Steven.
