He is survived by: his parent Barbara Crowe Lowe; his wife Teresa Lowe; his children, Richard Lowe of Gray, TN and Ashli Hatcher (Don) of Gray, TN; his grandchildren, Kelsi Hatcher, Sydnie Hatcher and Rece Lowe; his siblings, Karen Bowman (Steve) of Elbert and Dan Lowe; his nephews, Chris and Jason; and also Piney Flats. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
