He is survived by: his mother Janelle Browning of Piney Flats; his siblings, Patrick Jamal Outterbridge of Piney Flats and Kaitlin Alexandra Forbes (Denver) of Johnson City; his grandparents, Gwendolyn Outterbridge of Maryland and Robert Outterbridge of Maryland; his aunts and uncles, Theresa Garland of Piney Flats, Samantha Forbes of Johnson City, Anthony Eastridge of Bristol and Larry Woods (Jill) of Knoxville; and his cousins, Matthew McMillan (Rebekah), Adam McMillan, Angel Vereen (Terrell), Asher McMillan, Israel, Miracle Vereen, Sam and Casey Woods.
He donated his skin for children that was burned, his heart in memory of his grandmother and his eyes for others to see.
