Taggart and Mary Faye Dougherty; her son Ian Blackburn (Mary Anne Walker) of Knoxville, TN; her sister Anna Ruth Gregory of Tucker, GA; her nieces, Alice Hartnett (Howie) of Charlotte, NC and Susan Nimmo (Robert) of Camden, AR; and her great-nieces, Abby Hartnett, Reagan Hartnett, Serena Nimmo and Leanna Nimmo.
