He is survived by: his wife Joann Torbett Conner; his daughters, Donna Kelly (Michael) and Teresa Carter (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Justin (Victoria), Garrett (Anna), Grace and Trevor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
