We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 81, Jackie Hale of Piney Flats, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil B. Smith and Jane Hyatt Smith; and her son Andy Hale. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Krutak (Jon); her grandchildren, Jacob Krutak (Jessie McCracken), Caleb Krutak (Avery Davis), Addison Hale (Christopher Benton) and Ayden Hale; and her great grandchildren, Vaughn Henry Pavlik and Vivian Sloane Krutak. She is also survived by grandchildren.
