He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Davis and Gladys Pauline Baker Davis; his former wife Glenna Jean Davis; his children, Todd Allen Davis (Bethany) and Traci Deneen Davis Kegley (Steve); his grandchildren, Daniel Seth O'Kegley (Denver), Dr. Zachary Davis Kegley (Mary Beth), Emily Grace Kegley (Johnson City) and Connor Michael Davis (Jonesborough); his great grandchildren, Annabeth Jean Kegley and Kendall Brooke Kegley; and his siblings, Peggy Hurley (Jonesborough), Kenneth Davis (Tonya) and Kathy Shorter (David).
He is survived by: his fiancée Carolyn Reed (Bell Buckle); and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by numerous friends, colleagues, co-workers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:50 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Piney Flats First Baptist Church (100 Cherry Rd, Piney Flats, TN 37686). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Monte Vista Memorial Park (1900 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
