He is survived by: his son Martin Alvin Cash (Susan); his daughter-in-law Sheila Rhea Cash; his grandchildren, Mandy Cash Ferguson (Donovan) and Joey Cash; and his great grandchildren, Charlee and Etrie Ferguson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family or to Snyder's Memorial Gardens to assist with final expenses.
