Archie Wade Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022, at the age of 79, Archie Wade Smith of Piney Flats, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spurgeon Smith and Verna Perry Smith; his wife Anita Smith; and his sisters, Lavada Montgomery, Pansy Bare, Dorothy Mitchell, Clara Hall and Betty Murray.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Newland (Tim); his granddaughters, Lexi and Chloe Harless; and his brothers, Bud Smith (Joann), Pat Smith (Roma), Lonnie Smith (Rose) and Ivan Smith (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Archie was a proud supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, therefore in lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Archie.
