Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Walter Clayton Edmons of Pikeville, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 91, on March 13, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jackson and Ella Lee Walker Edmons; and his sisters, Mary Dawes Swafford and Margie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Geanene Loyd Edmons; his daughters, Rhonda Simmons (Steve) and Cindy Simmons; his grandchildren, Dalton Simmons (Kristin), Amanda Taylor (Brent) and Whitney Jackson (Justin); his great grandchildren, Samantha, Kella, Aubree, Collyns and Willis; and his sisters, Dolly Fields (Bobby), Emma Loyd and Tommye Fields. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews, cousins; and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Brushy or McDowell Cemetery or the charity of your choice in Clayton's honor.
