He is survived by: his wife Tena Brock of Pikeville; his daughter Debbie Brock of Pikeville; his granddaughter Iantha Mills of Pikeville; his great grandchildren, Abby Rose and J. C. Lewis; and his siblings, Chester Brock (Avis) and JoAnn Fox of Blountville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
