He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Ray Fugate; his grandparents, Lonnie and Opal Boyd; and his grandfather-in-law Mittie Harrell. He is survived by: his wife April Elizabeth Clewis Fugate of Pikeville; his mother Elaine Boyd Jones (Charlie Jones); his children, Kinsley Fugate, Paisley Fugate and David "DJ" Fugate; his sisters, Rhonda Pilkey (Mike) of Ten Mile and Amanda Shelton of Sevierville; his siblings-in-law, Alex Treadwell (Krista) of Smith Station, AL, Austin Treadwell of Panama City, FL, Genora Treadwell of Columbus, GA and Tammy Pike (Josh) of Reliance; his parents-in-law, Linda Shanklin (Dave) of Panama City, FL, Mary Clewis, David Treadwell of Phenix City, AL and Timmy Harrell of Walnut Grove, GA; and his close friends, Terry Moses, Cheryl Moses, Destanie Moses, Todd Mason and Jaime Mason. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
