He is survived by: his wife Sharon VanWinkle Bickford; his son Steven Cody Bickford of Pikeville; and his siblings, James Thomas Bickford (Betty) of Sparta, TN, Phyllis Measles of Spencer, TN and Marguerite Snow of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
