He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bernard and Verdi Arlene Diebel Carroll; and his brother Mike Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Arlene Miller Carroll; his daughters, Robyn Deanne Yanko of Florida and Katie Wilson of Florida; and his grandchildren, Mila and Silas Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
