He is survived by: his wife Terena Dianne Rose Stotler; and his sons, Richard Lee Stotler, Jr. (Crystal) of Crossville, TN and Brian Stotler of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
