He was predeceased by: his father Jonathan Rollins; his brother Luke Rollins; his grandmothers, Phyllis Rollins and Rhonda King; and his great-grandparents, Cotton and Myrtle Campbell.
He is survived by: his fiancée Sarah Pendergrass of Pikeville; his son Reign McCrae Sawyer Rollins; his mother Amanda Rollins (JJ Campbell) of Pikeville; his siblings, Logan Rollins of Crossville and Bailey Johnson of Atlanta, GA; his grandfathers, Steve Rollins of Whitwell and Marshall Campbell (Angela) of Pikeville; his pet Chevy; and his aunt Sherry Brock of Pikeville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
