She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Hayes and Susan Hayes; and her siblings, Leon, Travis, Lawrence, Steve Hayes, Shirley Morgan and Mary Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie Smith; her son Roy Smith; her grandsons, Johnny Smith (Valarie), Cody and Troy Smith; her great grandchild Kayda Smith; and her brothers, Larry Hayes (Rose) and Thomas Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
