She is survived by: her husband Terry Howard of Pikeville, TN; her daughter Jennifer Hathorn (Jeff) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Chelsea White (Colby), Jada Cail (Corey) of Smithville, TN, Kenny Cail (Ashley) of Spencer, TN, Crystal Hathorn (Cody), Greg Hathorn and Randall Hathorn (Keera); her sister Diane Osgood (Tony); and her siblings-in-law, Gracie Cordell of Pikeville, Barb Howard (Kenneth) of Pikeville, Dawn Harmon, Pete and Jimmy Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friends and family.
