He is survived by: his wife Tina Ann Knowles; his children, Derek Knowles (Brandi), Cody Freeman (Breanna), Brittany Trusley (Cameron), Kendra Sullivan (Cordell), Morgan Parker, Alexis Hurst (David) and Riley Knowles; his father Clyde "Junior" Knowles (Barbara); and his close friends, Cindy Guy (Jamey), Glenn Roddick, Levon Mercer, Steve Perry and Wendell Molar. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nieces, nephews; cousins.
