She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Thompson; her parents, Benjamin Thomas and Blanche Mailhotte Hathaway; and her brothers, Don and Robert Hathaway.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Thompson, Nick Thompson and Susan Hathaway; and her siblings, Gene Hathaway and Judy Nugent (Gerald). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
