He is survived by: his wife Melanie Pendergrass Campbell of Pikeville, TN; his children, John Tanner Campbell of Pikeville, TN, Peyton Campbell of Pikeville, TN, Gary Campbell of Cleveland, TN and Lititia Campbell of Jamestown, TN; his grandchildren, Dahera, Daylon, McKenzie, Kyper Campbell and Hermynie Houston; and his siblings, Danny Campbell (Pam) of Jamestown, TN, Daryl Campbell (Kathy) of Jamestown, TN, Jeffrey Campbell (Linda) of Jamestown, TN and Glenda Crabtree (Larry) of Jamestown, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
