He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Jay and Leona Cox Lewis; his siblings, Marshall Lewis, Willene Simmons and Barbara Turner; and his granddaughter Jera Brooklyn Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Jean Elliott Lewis; his children, Shannon Lewis (Scott Case) and Jeremy Lewis; and his grandchildren, Justin Wooden (Caroline), Abby Lewis and Lewis.
