He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Henry Moody and Mary Alberta Haston Moody; and his sisters, Kathryn "Cash" Frank and Susan Moody Gurley. He is survived by: his wife Alice Boynton Moody of Pikeville; his son Kristopher James Moody (Phyllis) of Kingston; his granddaughter Lucy Nicole Moody of Kingston; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Boynton (Rita) of Pikeville, John Boynton (Glenda) of Hermitage, Roger Boynton (Ruth) of Pikeville, Alan Boynton (Bonnie) of Pikeville, Darcy Boynton (Sherri) of Pikeville and Bennett Boynton (Tammie) of Pikeville. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
