It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Lee Smith of Pikeville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Smith and Virginia Smith; and his brother-in-law Terry Moody. He is survived by: his wife Alene Brewer Smith; his children, Cindy Coxey (Jerry) of Dayton, TN, Tim Smith (Kathy) of Decatur, TN and Conda Hysell (Ken) of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Jarod Coxey (Whitley), Levi Coxey (Rachael), Cory Smith, Aaron Smith (Chandra), Caleb Hysell and Kenton Hysell; his great grandchildren, Elijah Griffith, Alex, Madi Smith, Caroline, Sadie, Jeb and Porter Coxey; and his sisters, Darlene Annis (Jimmy) of Pikeville, TN, Melissa Moody of Pikeville, TN and Felicia Putnam (Jimmy) of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
