He is survived by: his sons, Josh Henderson of Pikeville and Thomas Henderson of Whitwell; his mother Sue Terry Lewis (Robert); his brother Steve Henderson (Teresa) of Dunlap; his nephews, Tyler Henderson (Nina) of Pikeville and Tyler Vinson of Dunlap; his niece Haley Vinson of Dunlap; his great-nephew Ares Henderson; his uncles, Alfred Terry (Cindy) of Pikeville and Tommy Terry of Pikeville; and his aunt Margaret Smith (Dan) of Pikeville.
