Elsie Marie Hedgecoth Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Marie Hedgecoth of Pikeville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Hedgecoth; her parents, Casto Hale and Laura Hale; and her siblings, Hershel Hale, Velma Moses, Geneva Hedgecoth, Wanda Hale and Edna Hale.

She is survived by: her children, Marie Patton (Ricky) of Pikeville, TN and Ricky Hedgecoth of Pikeville, TN; her grandson Chad Patton; her great grandchild Maxx Patton; and her brother Wade Hale of Pikeville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Putnam-Reed Funeral Home (1171 Main St, Pikeville, TN 37367). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
