With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Anthony of Pikeville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney M. Anthony; and her parents, John Irvin and Marion Elizabeth Tollett Downey. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly and Lisa Anthony; her brother John Lee Downey (Wanda); her grandchildren, Brianne Williams (Justin), John Tyler Smith, Kynzie Smith, Sidney Schultz and Lydia Schultz; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Evans, Kayden Williams and Evan Williams; and her pet Buttons.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel (39299 TN-30, Pikeville, TN 37367). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
