He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Worthington and Jane Worthington; and his siblings, Hollis, Arlis, Ted, Charles Worthington, Novella Bedwell, Willie Grace Lane, Virginia Worthington and Dorothy Worthington.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Johnson; his grandchildren, Thomas Johnson and Saylah Johnson; and his siblings, Gladys Heard and Carlos Worthington.
