He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Page (Arnold) of Spencer, TN, Rita Mayfield (Randy) of Spencer, TN and Doug Cunningham (Sally) of Spencer, TN; his granddaughter Whitney Cunningham-Kelsey (Clay); his siblings, Jim Cunningham (Yvonne) of Dunlap, TN and Avis Austin; his sisters-in-law, Mary, Judy and Nancy Cunningham; and his close friend Don Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
