He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Truell Gray; his mother Opal Gray; his uncle Grady Gray; his sister Sarah Henry; and his brother-in-law Bryan Henry.
He is survived by: his sister Darlene Gray Smith (Allen Fisher). He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Putnam-Reed Funeral Home (1171 Main St, Pikeville, TN 37367). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
