He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dale and Margery Weis Wagner, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mizell Wagner; his children, Michael Wagner (Karen) and Debbie Daniels (Joe Saxon); his brother Robert Wagner (Whigham); and his friend Chris Levan.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel (39299 TN-30, Pikeville, TN 37367). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
