He was predeceased by: his father Gary Turner; his grandparents, Ed Smith and Sarah Dodson; and his mother-in-law Shirley Guy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Guy Turner; his mother Brenda Smith Turner; his sons, Nathan Turner (Maddi) and Garrett Turner; his siblings, Timothy Johnson and Brenda VonRohr (Bobby); his siblings-in-law, Melinda Songer (Michael), Jamey Guy (Cindy), Jeffery Guy (Shaley) and Jeramey Johnson (Mechille); his father-in-law Charles Guy; his aunts, Peggy Roberts (John), Tennie Higdon (Bobby), Sue Dixon and Debbie Roberts; and his uncle Tommy Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family ask that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
