She was predeceased by: her son Mikey Myers; her grandson Scott Myers; her parents, Johnie Simmons and Annie Simmons; and her siblings, Powell Simmons (Hazel), Dovie Humble (Roger) and Burnice Britt (Leon).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Myers (Cindy), Judy Bayless (Bruce) and Debbie Burgess (Willis); her brother John Simmons (Katherine); her grandchildren, Davey Burgess (April), Molly Frady (Jessie), Brian Bayless (Kassie) and Joseph Bayless; and her great grandchildren, Sierra Brewer, Beckett, Weston, Titus Frady, Taylor and Ezra Bayless. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Mt. Crest United Methodist Church in memory of Betty Myers, or the church of their choice.
