She was predeceased by: her husband Jake Edward Wooden; her parents, James Goforth and Fannie Mae Goforth; and her siblings, James, Richard, Willa Mae and Lena Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Ray Wooden (Darlene) of Dayton, TN, Jake Edward Wooden (Debbie) of Pikeville, TN, Phillip Dewayne Wooden and Rhonda Elizabeth Wilhoite (Wayne) of Lafollette, TN; and her sister Lee Wiener of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
