He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldon Leggett and Thelma Hibbs Leggett; and his brothers, Terry and William. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Stahl; his children, Melody Elliott (John) of Granger, Laura Wright (Michael) of Uhrichsville, Greg Leggett of New Philadelphia, Richard "Rick" Leggett of Wilmington and Christy Jones (John) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Andrew Elliott, Heather Sulzener, Ryan Wright, Casey Leggett, Abigail Leggett, Rachel Leggett, Kyle Leggett, Stephanie Morsello, Kit Jones and Connor Jones; his brother Ed Leggett (Gayle) of Myrtle Beach; and his sister-in-law Vicki Leggett of Cambridge. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
