She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Jay and Edna Mae Harvey (Wright); her siblings, Jessie Rose Blankenship, Alice Faye Maggard, Franklin Dale, Owen Hugh, Arnold Chester, Jack, Bobby and Thomas Harvey; and her close friend Hilliard "Richard" Bartram.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Lea Rakes (Hendricks); her grandchildren, Joshua Morgan, Sarah Driggars and Hunter Hendricks; and her siblings, Susie Harvey, Michael, Dallas (Shery) and Shirl Harvey (Mable). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
