He is survived by: his siblings, Stacy Locklear, Lewis Locklear Jr., Darlene Locklear, Ernest Dial and Monique Locklear; his daughter Emma Jean Brooks (Peter Brooks); his grandchildren, Dominique Brooks, Dr. Dalton Brooks III (Nikki) and Damilia Brooks Quintanilla (JJ); his great grandchildren, Carlos Brooks, Jay Quintanilla, Myla Brooks and Delilah Jean Quintanilla; his brother Bricy Dial; and his mother Arlene (Sonny). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
