He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Arnold and Rebecca Richardson Arnold; and his siblings, Jeanette Arnold, Pearl Yount, Clarice Beeman, Delphia Smith, Earl Arnold, Jake Arnold, Kyle Arnold and Charlie Arnold.
He is survived by: his children, Del C. Arnold (Julia) of Severna Park and Trina Arnold of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Michelle Arnold, Elizabeth Arnold, Holly Arnold and Jacob Arnold; his sister Minnie Miller of Pennsylvania; and his nephew Richard Edgar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
