He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Sutton; his grandparents, Evelyn Stinnett, Georgia Sutton and Leslie Sutton; his aunt Brenda Bascko; his stepfather Rick Fleming; and his stepgrandmother Jo Stinnett.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Fleming; his grandfather Leon Stinnett; his uncles, Chester, David, Dairel and Danny Stinnett; his daughters, Kelsey Smith (Cody) and Caylin Brown; his granddaughter Luna Smith; his sister Carmella Sutton (Lee Byrd); his niece Rachel Valentine (Cody); his girlfriend Lindsey Johnson; his close friends, David Schlang, Art Mikles and Jenna Colina; the mothers of children, Leah Bajwa and Charity Brown; his stepmother Sherry McCracken; and his half-siblings, Jeremy Sutton and Stacy McCracken.
