He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Collins; his parents, Nora Collins and J. E. Collins; his sister Judy Seaton; and his daughter-in-law Jama Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Collins, Tony (Dean Collins) and Debbie; his son-in-law Gary Brackins; his grandchildren, Jason, Mark, Travis, Daniel, Ashley, Chad, Courtney, Mitchell and Katie; his great grandchildren, Jake, Makayla, McKinnley, Erica, Abbie, Aaron, Dakota, Tristan and Maddison; his sister Dorothy; and his brother-in-law Harold Reynolds.
