She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Eichman; her parents, Helen Cash and Claude Cash, Sr.; her brother Claude Cash, Jr.; her sister-in-law Bobbie-Jo Cash; and her sister Louise Cash.

She is survived by: her uncle George; her niece Nina Schultz; and her nephews, Shane Cash, Chad Cash and Jesse Cash.
