She was predeceased by: her husband Roy McCarter; her son Tony McCarter; her parents, Oscar Duggan and Emma Duggan; and her siblings, Bernice Acuff and Kenneth Duggan.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Bob; her daughter Linda McCarter Murawski; her son-in-law Robert J. Murawski, Jr.; her granddaughter Courtney L. Niemann (David); her great grandchildren, Justin R. Niemann and Tyler G. Niemann; and her siblings, Blanch Crowson of Maryville, TN and Dwain Duggan of Maryville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
