It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Victoria McGinnis Brown in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Edward Brown; her stepson Michael Brown; her parents, Arthur McGinnis and Iva Dail McGinnis; her sister Dessare; her brother-in-law J. C. Sutherland; and her nephew Danny Sutherland.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Teresa Wells (David) and Mathy Bertals (Jeff); her stepgrandchildren, Oneda, Rebecca, Charity, Paul and Joseph; and her siblings, Harvey McGinnis (Margie), Curtis McGinnis (Lois), Conda McGinnis (Joyce) and Carolyn Hayes (Bill).
