She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Oakley; her children, Londa Lynn and Eric Lynn; her great grandchild Kymani Foster; her parents, Elmer Howard and Mary Howard; and her brothers, Stanley, Charles and William.
She is survived by: her daughter Sara Oakley; her grandchildren, Christina (Quincy), Sunny (B. J.), Ginny, Marcella and Monica; her great grandchildren, Brayden of Arianna, R. J., Quintia, Nevaeh, Quincy, Karma, Trinity, Lyla, Michael, Karlee and Ava; and her siblings, Brenda, Kathy Howard and Paul Howard.
