He is survived by: his parents, Lucinda Armes Jones (Dewayne Jones) and Thomas Crouch, III; his sisters, Sally Bethany Crouch and Jolie Armes; his nephews, Emmanuel and Alexander; his grandparents, Joe, Randi Armes of Petros, Thomas and Joyce Crouch, Jr.; his great-uncle Johnny Armes of Petros; and his aunts and uncles, Susie Christman, Jeanne Duncan, Jerri (Wade Teague), Melissa (Tommy Corley), Carmen Lowe, Jodi (Andy Lowe), Joe (Joni Armes), Mandi (Josh Pemberton) and Mercedes (Travis Duncan). He is also survived by great aunts, uncles and cousins.
